Her career was built inside organizations, not consulting from the outside in.

She has held corporate roles in business operations and financial planning at organizations including Dematic and Mutual of Omaha. Over time she saw the same problem repeat: founder bandwidth becoming the ceiling, operations outpacing infrastructure, talented people burning out because the systems around them weren't built for how they actually work. That observation became the mission behind everything at Huff Blueprint.

Her dual graduate degrees and practitioner certifications in PMI, Lean Management, Six Sigma, and BPM aren't rigid frameworks she applies — they're tools she draws from selectively, filtered through real-world operational experience and the specific context of each engagement.
